By registering to attend, you are automatically registered for Discover Day and S&T Showcase activities.

S&T Showcase includes round trip bus transportation for students. If you have registered for S&T Showcase, you are automatically registered for bus transportation. Please see the bus schedule below.

7:10 AM - Pick up at the St. Louis Galleria Mall (Macy's Parking Lot Hwy 40/64 Entrance)

Day 2

12:00 PM - Expected afternoon arrival at the St. Louis Galleria Mall (Macy's Parking Lot Hwy 40/64 Entrance)

Day 1

7:30 AM - Bus departs for Missouri S&T

9:45 AM - Admission and Scholarship Presentation/Student Panel

11:00 AM - Academic Department Visit

12:00 PM - Lunch

1:00 PM - Campus Tour

2:00 PM - Design Center Tour

3:00 PM - Campus Activities 

6:00 PM - Dinner

8:15 PM - Check-In Residential Hall

11:00 PM - Lights Out

Day 2

7:00 AM - Breakfast

8:00 AM - Check-Out Residential Hall

8:15 AM - Campus Activities

10:00 AM - Depart S&T for St. Louis

12:00 PM - Bus Arrive-St. Louis 

S&T Showcase attendees will be staying in an S&T residential hall. Students will be equipped with a bed, bedding and pillow. Students will also receive a washcloth and towel. Students need to bring their own toiletry items and shower shoes (optional).

Students should plan to wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes (sneakers). A  jacket and umbrella are encouraged.

Money is not required. All S&T Showcase activities are free to student participants.  Students are encouraged to bring spending money if they plan to purchase items at the S&T Store (campus bookstore) or frequent the vending machines.

Q:  What do I bring for my overnight stay?

A: You will be staying in an S&T residential hall equipped with bedding and a pillow. You will also be provided a washcloth and towel. You are encouraged to bring your own toiletry items and shower shoes. 

Q:  Do I need to bring money?

A: All S&T Showcase activities are free for students. Bring extra money if you want to visit the S&T Store (the campus bookstore) or vending machines.

Q:  What should I wear?

A: Casual clothing and comfortable closed toe shoes (sneakers). You will be walking to various locations across campus. A jacket and umbrella is also encouraged.
