Missouri S&T participates in the Atlanta University Center (AUC) Dual Degree Engineering Program (DDEP) with three historically-black colleges. With this unique partnership program, students begin their studies at one of the three AUC consortium members: Morehouse College, Spelman College, and Clark Atlanta University before transferring to S&T.
Dual Degree Engineering Program (DDEP) students have the benefit of working towards two degrees in approximately five years. While studying at their chosen Atlanta University Center (AUC) institution for three years, DDEP students complete a mix of liberal arts and pre-engineering coursework that prepares them to transfer into their chosen engineering specialty program at Missouri S&T.
After transferring to Missouri S&T, DDEP participants can take advantage of unique research, internship and scholarship opportunities available to them as part of the AUC program.
