Admission Requirements

We have different requirements for first-time freshmen, transfer and international students.

Missouri S&T accepts AP (Advanced Placement) credit, CLEP (College Level Examination Program) credit and IB (International Baccalaureate) credit.
Credit by Examination
Credit by Examination

Students will receive credit for the S&T equivalent course if they achieve the minimum score on the exam. There is no GPA associated with this credit.

All college-level credits from regionally accredited institutions will transfer to S&T. Both the credits and grades will transfer.
