Eligibility: Rising 9th - 12th grade girls
Capacity: Space is limited to 30 students.
Registration Fee: $600 which includes meals, and all camp materials.
Space is Limited: Early registration is recommended. Campers will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis, based upon date of registration and when payment is received. Waiting lists will be maintained and filled in the order that they were received should cancellations occur.
All camps will have a $50 registration fee (non-refundable, but applied to camp fee). Persons wishing to cancel their registration must do so two weeks (14 full days) prior to the first day of their chosen program. No refunds will be made after this date.
Are you looking for a fun way to learn about the outdoors in a space that is safe? This is the place for you! We will learn a little about Biology, Environmental Science, Geology, camping, and survival skills. Here are just a few of the activities we will do on this adventure filled summer camp in the great outdoors.
If you have never been camping, but have some interest, don't be afraid to try it out! This camp is for beginners and advanced alike. The Director has been taking teenagers camping for over 15 years and students have loved it! So get out of your comfort zone and join us at the beautiful Ozark Research Field Station.
Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Missouri. If you are having challenges arranging transportation, please contact the STEM Center for additional assistance.
Missouri S&T reserves the right to cancel any program in the event of insufficient registrations, severe weather or natural disaster. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified immediately via email and phone, and all fees will be returned in full.
