Camp Details

The camp will start with design concepts, design choices, and the mechanical design process. Then campers will use their skills to make a virtual prototype in CAD software. The design will then be formalized for manufacturing. Campers will use the full mechanical workshop with a CNC machining center and tools to bring the product prototype to life. Campers will learn about smart product design and electrical layout and program Arduino for their products. Then the final prototype integration will take place. The camp will conclude with campers demonstrating their design in a shark tank-like setting to sell their prototype.
