Magic of Digital Art

Session I: Ages 8-11 - July 26-30, 2021 (Virtual) | Session II: Ages 12-14 - August 2-6, 2021 (Virtual)

Are you a future engineer!
Explore, investigate, and learn new and creative ways to create art digitally! In this class, students will be introduced to free and web-based software to make their own digital art. Projects will include graphic design, photo manipulation, basic animation, and digital drawing/painting. Students will discover easily accessible software and gain enough confidence to explore and create on their own. This course is for the young person who likes to express themselves in creative ways and likes to share their art with others.

SESSION I – Virtual

Date:  July 26-30, 2021 
Times:  10:00 a.m. – Noon Daily
Eligibility:  Ages 8-11

Supplies Needed: Access to a computer or tablet 
(instructor will provide any additional details to registrants)

Space is limited. Apply early to ensure your spot.

Registration Fee: $125

Register Session I  (Ages 8-11)

 

SESSION II – Virtual

Date:  August 2-6, 2021 
Times:  10:00 a.m. – Noon Daily
Eligibility:  Ages 12-14

Scholarships Available
Missouri S&T is offering a limited number of need-based scholarships. If you would like to apply, please register for the camp and check the "Yes" box on the form to receive a scholarship application and instructions (via email). Scholarship review and awardee communication will begin April 1 and continue until funds are gone. Priority will be given to Missouri residents. Registration Cancellation Policy
Persons wishing to cancel their registration must do so two weeks (14 full days) prior to the first day of the program. No refunds will be made after this date.

Campus Cancellation Policy

Missouri S&T reserves the right to cancel any program in the event of insufficient registrations, severe weather or natural disaster. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified immediately via email and phone, and all fees will be returned in full.
