Transfer Advising Day

Transfer Advising Day is designed to make it simple for new Missouri S&T transfer students to get their first S&T semester off to a great start. At Advising Day, you will meet with a faculty advisor from your academic department, register for your classes, get your student ID, reserve your books, visit with financial aid, and anything else you need to do prepare to attend S&T. At the conclusion of the day and advising, you will be registered for your first semester of classes at Missouri S&T.

Available dates to choose from  for a Virtual Transfer Advising Day are:

  • Thursday, August 13, 2020 - for Fall 2020 transfers only


After you complete the steps to register for Transfer Advising and Registration Day, we will email you an agenda with details.

Virtual Advising Day Information

On your Virtual Advising Day, there will be an Information Session with presentations from Admissions, Student Financial Assistance, and the Cashier's Office. Staff from Residential Life and Registrar's will also be available to answer your questions. An agenda and Zoom link will be emailed to you. 

Math Placement Testing and Academic Advising will be coordinated separately, and you will be contacted with more information about both. Please review the below blocks for more information and to learn about becoming a student at Missouri S&T!
