First-Time Freshmen Checklist for Enrollment
Congratulations on your admittance! We’re excited to help you in your next steps to becoming a Miner. Follow these steps so you don’t miss anything important.
Upon Admission
- Sign up for an Advising & Registration date and pay the enrollment fee to guarantee your place at S&T
- Review and submit your housing agreement to establish your housing priority on your status page
- Apply for Additional Scholarships beginning October 1 (deadlines as early as December 1)
- Complete your FAFSA beginning October 1 (priority deadline is February 1)
- Contact your Financial Aid Counselor with any questions
- Take the Math Placement Exam at least 14 days before your Advising & Registration date
- Arrange Accommodations with Student Disability Services
- Join the Class of 2027 social media groups and/or families Facebook group
- Celebrate your Achievement
Before arriving on campus for classes
Required
- Complete Required Medical Information
- Set Up Billing and Authorized Access
- Request official, final transcripts be sent to Admissions
