Attendees are responsible for the cost of airfare, lodging, registrations fees and select meals. Family Fly-In includes dinner on Thursday and lunch and dinner on Friday.
S&T will provide a shuttle leaving the Lambert-St. Louis International (STL) Airport for flights arriving by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 5. A shuttle will also be available returning to the Lambert-St. Louis International (STL) Airport on Saturday, July 7 for flights leaving after 2:00 p.m.
Registrants will receive detailed confirmation information following registration. Registrations are limited to the first 50 registrants. If you have questions regarding Family Fly-In, please contact the Office of Admissions.
Registrants are responsible for securing their own lodging during their stay and are asked to make these reservations on their own.
Below are lodging options that are offered at a reduced rate.
You may choose to stay outside of the options listed below, but please note that you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from Rolla and during the Family Fly-In program. The S&T shuttle will only be picking up and dropping off at the locations listed below.
S&T has secured a block of rooms for those wishing to stay in a hotel. Transportation will be provided to and from the following hotels for Family Fly-In activities on campus.

Q: What time do I need to arrive for check-in?
A: Family Fly-In will begin in the Havener Center with check-in at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 5, 2018. Please check into your hotel or residence hall before arriving at the Havener Center. Transportation between hotels and the Havener Center will be provided for those staying at the select hotels.
Q: When will shuttle services be available?
A: S&T will be providing a shuttle to and from the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport. Flights should arrive by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday and should depart on Saturday after 2:00 p.m. to make use of the shuttle. The S&T shuttle will also be available for necessary transportation from the select hotels to and from campus.
Q: If I drove, where can I park?
A: Campus visitors can park in Lot H37 or Lot V. Please do not park in metered parking spaces. A campus map can be found HERE. A parking lot map can be found HERE.
Visitors are required to display a parking pass in their vehicle rear window during Friday's activities. A parking pass will be given to all attendees during check-in on Thursday evening.
Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel?
A: Family Fly-In event registration and residential hall reservation fees are refundable until June 25. After this date, refunds will not be given. If staying in a hotel, please check with the individual hotel to be informed of cancellation and refund policies.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Casual clothing and comfortable shoes are recommended. You will be walking to various locations across campus.
